General Manager – Oil & Gas | Abu DhabiOur client, a well-established local group company, is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead its Oil & Gas division in Abu Dhabi.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven executive with a strong track record of scaling revenues, improving profitability, and delivering sustainable business growth within the GCC Oil & Gas sectors.The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive GCC experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:A proven track record of profitably growing and scaling a business or divisionDeep knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC Oil & Gas marketA strong and active senior-level network across operators, utilities, EPC contractors, regulators, and key industry stakeholdersHands-on experience with ADNOC and/or ENOC pre-qualification and tendering processesA strong record of winning, negotiating, and successfully delivering high-value contractsStrong commercial, strategic, operational, and people leadership capabilitiesThis is a highly visible Senior Leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, with responsibility for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the Oil & Gas division.If your experience aligns with the above and you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply for further information.
