The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service in both coffee and chocolate offerings. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring costs to support profitability. The General Manager also drives customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include implementing company policies, supporting marketing and promotional activities, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with leadership on strategies for growth.Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff and fostering a positive work culture.Operational management skills, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic financial oversight (budgeting, cost management, reporting).Customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to maintain high service standards and handle guest feedback professionally.Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.Experience in food & beverage, café, restaurant, or retail management is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee or chocolate products is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
