About the JobPosition: General ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Veterinary / Animal HealthcareReporting To: Ownership / BoardRole OverviewA well-established, multi-location veterinary clinic group in Riyadh, currently in an active growth phase, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations across its clinics, including clinical and medical oversight. This role owns full P&L responsibility and works directly with ownership to drive the business through its next stage of growth.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Strategy• Own full P&L and overall business performance across all clinic locations• Lead and develop department heads across clinical operations (including Medical Directors), finance, HR, and marketing• Drive expansion strategy, including new locations and service lines• Set and monitor performance targets across the businessClinical & Quality Oversight• Oversee clinical operations and medical leadership across all branches, working closely with Medical Directors• Ensure consistent clinical and service quality standards across all locations• Oversee vendor, supplier, and key partner relationshipsFinancial Oversight• Own annual budgeting and financial planning in partnership with the finance team• Report business performance and strategic recommendations directly to ownershipRequirements:• 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, ideally in multi-location/multi-branch healthcare or veterinary businesses• Proven P&L ownership and business scaling experience• Experience overseeing clinical/medical teams or operations is a strong plus• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, performance management)• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
