General Manager

Paramount Hotel Dubai is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the hotel’s next chapter — driving operational excellence, commercial performance, guest experience and a culture where our Cast can thrive.As the hotel’s leader, you will:Own the hotel’s overall profitability and business performance, translating strategy into measurable results.Lead the Executive Committee and ensure every department delivers against operational, financial and service excellence standards.Champion an exceptional guest experience, turning feedback and insight into continuous improvement.Build a high-performing, diverse and engaged Cast through strong leadership, coaching and development.Drive commercial opportunities, innovation and operational efficiency while protecting the Paramount brand experience.Partner effectively with ownership, asset management and key stakeholders to deliver long-term business success.What we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager within a 5-star hotel or resort.Proven track record in improving profitability, guest satisfaction and operational performance.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing complex, high-volume operations.Experience working with owners and asset managers.Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Middle East and resort experience would be an advantage.Strong Rooms and F&B operational background highly desirable.Business/Hotel Management qualification; MBA is an advantage.Fluent business English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are highly desirable.This is more than running a hotel.
