General Manager

Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving organizational performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. This role includes setting priorities, developing and implementing operational processes, and supporting continuous improvement across departments. The General Manager will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, manage stakeholder relationships, and address risks and issues that may impact organizational objectives. The role also involves mentoring team members, promoting an inclusive and accountable culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in general management or senior leadership, including oversight of operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.Proficiency in organizing and leading remote teams, with strong skills in communication, collaboration, and performance management.Ability to analyze data, interpret financial and operational reports, and make informed decisions to improve results.Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage change, implement new processes, and drive continuous improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote work, project management, and virtual communication.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices in team leadership and decision-making.
