As we grow, we need a General Manager who can own the day-to-day operations, drive bookings and sales, protect our reputation, and become the person this business runs through. We are a sales centric organization and you must be self motivated and know how to motivate a growing team of 35.The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Monica, CA, responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring organizational goals are met. This role includes managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.We are a SALES CENTRIC organization focused on continual improvement and accountability. You will own studio operations end-to-end, lead and develop staff, safeguard the client experience, and solve problems before they become fires, so the business runs profitably, smoothly, and true to our values. This is a true right-hand role: you report directly to the CEO and are trusted to run the business as if it were your own.

Responsibilities

Drive and motivate the remote booking team, as well as our in-person sales team.Own and continuously improve studio systems, SOPs, and workflows across two locationsOnboard, lead, coach, and hold staff accountable by building a team that performs and staysOwn scheduling, payroll oversight, inventory, reporting, and budgetsInstinctively read and de-escalate client concerns before they become complaints, treating every interaction as a reflection of the brandBe the first and final word on client escalations.
