• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guestsatisfaction.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align kitchen and floor operations.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop and drive revenue-generatinginitiatives.
• Deliver training and coaching across the front-of-house team to enhance service and upsellingtechniques.
• Foster a performance-led, hands-on culture within the team.
• Analyse seasonal business patterns and adapt operations accordingly.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
• Support planning, execution and innovation within the restaurant.
• Take ownership of key KPIs including revenue, customer satisfaction, and team development.Key Ingredients
• Proven experience as a General Manager in premium dining restaurants.
• Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, guest-focusedenvironment.
• Strong operational and service standards knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and up skill teams.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to drive top-line performance.
• Understanding of seasonal and campaign-based business cycles.
