General Manager – Private Golf & Country ClubSouthern Connecticut (New Haven, CT area)$145,000 - $175,000 + BonusWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an established private golf and country club in Southern Connecticut. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for overall club operations, financial performance, member experience, staff leadership, membership growth and coordination across golf, dining, events and other club amenities.The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors, Golf Professional, Course Superintendent and department leaders to maintain a high level of service and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day club operations and overall service deliveryManage, develop and motivate club staffOversee budgets, financial performance and cost controlsDrive membership retention, recruitment and engagement initiativesMaintain high standards for member and guest servicePartner closely with golf operations and course leadershipCoordinate member golf events and outside outingsOversee dining, events, administrative functions and other club operationsProvide regular operational and financial updates to the BoardIdentify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and the overall member experience

Qualifications
