General Manager – Aleef Group📍 Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAleef Group is looking for a General Manager to lead and grow our three veterinary clinic branches in Riyadh.We’re looking for a hands-on operator with strong multi-branch management experience, ideally from a consumer-facing retail or service business. Experience in the pet or veterinary sector is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations and performance across all branchesManage branch teams and ensure consistent service standardsOwn key business KPIs, including revenue, costs, productivity and profitabilityImprove processes, efficiency and customer experienceDrive branch performance and support future growth and expansionWhat We’re Looking For* Proven experience managing multiple branches/locations in a consumer-facing business* Strong background in retail or service operations* Hands-on experience leading teams and driving branch performance* Strong commercial and P&L understanding* Experience in pet care, veterinary services, grooming, retail, F&B, fitness, beauty/wellness or similar multi-site businesses is highly relevant* Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
