About YP ClubYP Club is the room where serious founders scale. A private members' club for founders running real businesses, with a revenue bar at the door and one in five applications approved. Members meet in the room: curated dinners, firesides with people who have done it, a weekly calendar run by a Committee of members, and Circle, our peer-group programme launching in January with resident coaches focused on founder psychology and transformational leadership.The seatThe General Manager runs Dubai. The whole city, autonomously: every member, every event, every seat on the Committee, every number. You are the person who knows every founder in the room by name and by business, who makes sure something worth leaving the office for is on the calendar every week, and who notices when a member has gone quiet before they tell anyone.You are also the template. Everything you build in Dubai is written down as you go, and it is what the next city is trained on. There is a seat in that expansion for the person who does this well.What you will doHold the room. Present at every event, hosting, introducing. Curated dinners seated and run. The onboarding dinner for every new intake, end to end.Keep members. The welcome call when someone joins, the check-in call three weeks later, the conversation at renewal. A weekly view of who is drifting and the call that follows. Introductions made by hand where the algorithm misses.Run the Committee and the calendar. Host the monthly Committee meeting and hold every volunteer seat to its standard. Find venues, hold the relationships, run the event budget tightly, and keep one member event live on the calendar every week. Discover new formats and experiences worth copying in the next city.Keep the record. Every event in the admin panel, the recordings in the Vault, the club news written, the partner directory current. This is a hands-on seat. Nobody does the operational work for you.Look after Circle. Work alongside our Resident Coach(es) to keep every peer group healthy, and step in early when one is not.Build YP Club into the largest, most valuable membership for founders in Dubai.How you will be measuredThree numbers, agreed with you before you start: how many members stay, how often members are in the room, and the health of Circle. We will walk you through them in the first conversation. Everything else in the role exists to move those three.Who you areYou have run a room. Thirty founders, a Friday night, and everyone leaves having met someone worth meeting.You hold relationships at volume. Genuine ones, with detail, with more people than seems reasonable.You can get a date out of a busy founder on a volunteer seat without becoming an irritation.You are disciplined about the unglamorous work. Records accurate, venues paid on time, nothing dropped.You write clearly, and you build with AI as a matter of course.You can hold a peer conversation with someone running a seven-figure business, neither deferential nor overfamiliar.You know what needs the founder's attention and what does not.Backgrounds that tend to fit: membership or general management at a private members' club, senior operations in a founder or accelerator environment, or a founder who has built and sold something and wants to run a room rather than a company.What we offerA city of your own, autonomy from day one, and a founder who is stepping out of the operational seat so that you can hold it.
