- Senior management/GM experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or related industries* Strong commercial, sales, and business development experience* Proven track record of driving growth and profitability* Strong knowledge of the MENA market* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills* Experience managing teams, operations, budgets, and KPIs* Local experience preferred
