- Lead branch operations and teams to deliver reliable, efficient service.
- Manage operational performance, budgets, profitability, and cost control.
- Drive sales growth, customer retention, and business development.
- Improve shipment turnaround times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen operational processes, performance reporting, and compliance.
- Develop department heads and ensure accountability across teams.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cargo, courier, or logistics, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- UAE or GCC logistics management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and multi-branch operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and achieve operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
