Title: General ManagerSalary: $130 - 140k/yr + bonus potential

Location: Orlando, FL Company Summary: Leading North American environmental services company and one of the largest players in the waste and recycling industry.

The General Manager will be responsible for:Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, including responsibility for hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.Own full P&L responsibility for the operation, analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, EBITDA, and overall business results.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring resources, staffing, processes, and assets are optimized to meet service and productivity expectations.Champion a strong safety and compliance culture, holding teams accountable to established standards while proactively identifying and addressing operational risks.Build strong customer and commercial relationships, partnering cross-functionally to support retention, contract negotiations, forecasting, and continued business growth.
