The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, developing high-performing teams, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and driving profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership-Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and venue operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.-Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent service excellence.-Maintain venue standards for cleanliness, ambiance, lighting, sound, and temperature.-Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.-Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.Team Development-Recruit, hire, train, and develop top hospitality talent.-Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.-Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.-Drive employee engagement, accountability, and retention.Guest Experience-Maintain a visible presence on the floor and actively engage with guests.-Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.-Create an environment that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.Financial Management-Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.-Manage budgets, forecasts, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.-Analyze financial reports and identify trends related to sales, promotions, inventory, and labor.-Implement cost-control initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards.Inventory & Vendor Management-Manage food and beverage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.-Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.-Ensure the consistent availability of high-quality products and ingredients.Events & Revenue Growth-Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop promotional campaigns and special events.-Oversee live entertainment programming and venue events.-Implement strategies that drive nightlife revenue and strengthen the venue's reputation within the Nashville market.-Support initiatives that increase customer engagement and business growth.QualificationsRequired-10+ years of leadership experience in high-volume restaurants, nightlife venues, or fine dining environments.-Proven success leading large hospitality teams.-Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.-Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.-Self-motivated with a guest-first mindset.-Thorough understanding of food and beverage inventory management.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.-Food Safety Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain).Preferred-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-Experience with reservation platforms and POS systems.-Knowledge of current hospitality, dining, and nightlife industry trends.What We're Looking ForAt Kane Brown's on Broadway, we believe great hospitality starts with great people.
