Role Description The General Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including planning, organizing, and optimizing legal support and administrative services for clients. The General Manager will manage staff workloads, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that service delivery aligns with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, process improvement, and coordination with key stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient operations. The role also involves developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing policies and procedures that support sustainable growth.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in operations or general management within professional services, legal support, or administrative environments.Strong skills in planning, organizing, and process improvement, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking using relevant tools and systems.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and digital collaboration tools, including office productivity software and basic legal or case management systems.Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are beneficial.Knowledge of local business practices and regulatory considerations in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
