Requirements

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or EquivalentMinimum 10 years of managerial experience within complex B2B environmentsProven professional experience in the Gulf region, with a deep understanding of local business dynamics and multi-cultural nuancesSolid background in Operations and Managing complex industrial clientsStrong expertise in P&L managementAbility to simultaneously manage commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the businessStrong focus on customer satisfaction, business development, operational efficiency, and driving revenue growthOutstanding negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building skillsEnglish Fluent
