Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead business operations, drive sustainable growth, and take overall responsibility for revenue, profitability, operational performance, and strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Engineering professional who has progressed into senior business leadership, with strong exposure to business management, project management, project controls, commercial management, contract negotiations, business development, and P&L responsibility.Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth
• Advise senior management on commercial, operational, and strategic matters
• Oversee project management, project controls, resource planning, and cost management
• Lead major commercial and contractual negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and business partners
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required
• Drive organizational development, employee performance, and leadership initiatives
• Strengthen operational processes, controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage business risks and support strategic decision-making
• Maintain high standards of HSE, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company in key client and stakeholder meetingsRequirements✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory✅ MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred✅ 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, contracting, or a related industry✅ Minimum 6 years in a senior management position such as General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent✅ Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, and business operations✅ Strong commercial and contractual knowledge✅ Experience in project management and project controls✅ Proven business development and market expansion experience✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills✅ Excellent client and stakeholder management capabilities✅ Strong understanding of HSE and quality requirements within engineering/construction environmentsPreferred ProfileCandidates who have managed a full business unit or company, including P&L, operational teams, major client relationships, business development, and strategic growth, will be highly considered.If you are an experienced engineering leader ready to take responsibility for business performance, growth, profitability, and operational excellence, we would like to hear from you.
