Job Description

:Lead the multi-site operations and commercial performance of all locations in DubaiLead brand growth and expansion, including site evaluation, new-store openings, and development of scalable systemsTake ownership of P&L, budgets, COGS, labor costs, wastage, operating expenses, and store productivity..Manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams, while building SOPs, reporting structures, supplier processes, and a strong performance culture

Qualifications

With 8+ years total F&B experience within café, QSR, beverage, hospitality or lifestyle food concepts.
