قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجKey Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and support business planning and decision-making.Lead the overall finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and financial reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with International Accounting Standards.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.Manage annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and preparation of business projections.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management and board-level decision-making.Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity, working capital, and financial commitments.Lead annual audit activities and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Manage banking relationships and act as the key liaison with financial institutions and lenders.Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and government reporting requirements.Monitor financial risks and ensure effective risk management and insurance practices.Review and manage contracts, lease agreements, vendor agreements, and commercial terms.Ensure proper vendor management and timely payments as per contractual obligations.Oversee payroll accuracy and ensure timely salary processing.Provide oversight for ICT operations, including business technology requirements, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement suitable ICT solutions.Lead ERP systems and financial technology initiatives to improve business processes.Manage, mentor, and develop finance and cross-functional teams to enhance performance and capability.Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance, operations, and business functions.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, HR practices, occupational health & safety, and environmental requirements.Support multi-site operations and travel to business locations as required.Required Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.Membership with relevant accounting body preferred.20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with significant senior management exposure.Experience managing finance functions within large-scale, multinational, or multi-site organizations.Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, treasury, and risk management.Experience overseeing ICT functions and ERP systems (SAP or similar).Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
