This position will directly lead and develop all aspects of the multi-million-yearly revenue center. A strong hospitality background is required.General ManagerThe General Manager will be expected to lead the team on key planning issues and business operations decisions. You will set business objectives and performance goals for each department and conduct meetings with department heads to review and monitor procedures and performance. Ensure appropriate forecasting systems are utilizedWork with the Sales & Marketing, Active Entertainment team, Beverage team and Kitchen to develop and implement promotions and new ideasCommunicate with managers on both group and individual basis to ensure we are meeting our guest’s expectations and ensuring each department is reaching goals set by leadership.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations.
