The organisation operates in the logistics space with a strong corporate setup and is focused on building scalable, technology-enabled business operations and people practices.Key Responsibilities / KRAs:• Drive the overall HR strategy and people agenda aligned with business objectives.• Lead PMS, talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.• Drive HR digital transformation, process improvement and data-driven people practices.• Partner with senior leadership, key stakeholders and the Board on organisation development, culture, talent and strategic HR matters.Role Details:📍 Location: Madhya Pradesh👤 Reporting to: COO & Directors👥 Team Size: 7 members🤝 Strong exposure to CXO-level stakeholders and Board managementExperience Required:• 12+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.• Candidates from the Logistics / Supply Chain or Manufacturing sector would be preferred, with experience in a structured corporate environment and strong understanding of supply-chain-driven businesses.• Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management capability and the ability to drive transformation across people, processes and culture.Interested candidates can share their profiles or connect with me for a confidential discussion.
