Driven by excellence and continuous improvement, the company invests in its people, embraces modern manufacturing practices, and provides an environment where talented professionals can grow, contribute, and build rewarding careers.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.15–20 years of progressive experience, including significant senior leadership experience.Strong industry background in Smart Metering, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Digital Solutions, or Electrical Systems.Proven track record in Business Development, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, and Operational Leadership.Strong experience in project delivery, team building, strategic partnerships, and key customer management.Established market knowledge and business network within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and organizational development.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans.Lead the factory’s overall operations, P&L, and financial performance.Drive business development and identify new market, customer, and partnership opportunities.Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and timelines.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.What We Offer:Total Monthly Package: SAR 40,000 – 45,000Senior leadership position with significant strategic and operational responsibility.Opportunity to lead and grow a business within the automation and smart solutions sector.Exposure to strategic customers, partnerships, and opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
