General Manager - Joinery Company OverviewGreenbull Group is an international group based in France, Switzerland, and the UAE, spanning over 10 brands and companies across real estate, e-commerce, media, investment, finance, consulting, and education.Greenbull Properties has spent the last few years building an integrated real estate ecosystem in the UAE. We have built out two operating arms: Greenbull Contracting and Bonaparte Real Estate, our brokerage firm.Our next step is to launch a joinery business serving the UAE construction and real estate market plus, as part of our long-term vision to build a leading real estate conglomerate in the UAE.Job OverviewWe are looking for a General Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to found and run this business unit, bringing the business plan, the team, and/or an existing factory or company (owned or brought in through a partnership) to the table.Greenbull's own villa developments give the business an active client and a showcase from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Build the business from scratch or identify an existing company to buy out: the business plan, the team, and the factory capability, owned, partnered, or acquired.
• Own the P&L - margins, costs, and overall commercial performance.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, the core value driver of this business.
• Set up assets, production and hold the standard for quality and technical delivery.
• Build and lead the team, including senior technical or factory leadership.
• Win and deliver projects, starting with Greenbull, then the wider market, to establish the business as a premium joinery specialist.
• Report to Greenbull Group leadership on performance and growth.Key Skills & RequirementsWe are looking for a senior industry operator with the experience and credibility to take full ownership of the venture.· Knows the UAE market by heart: regulations, key players, and how business really gets done here.· Knows joinery inside out: products, suppliers, technical standards, and pricing.· Leadership track record: has built a company, business unit, and/or managed at senior level a factory from the ground up.· Has run a joinery fabrication factory or knows how to hire and manage someone who can.AdvantageousAlready owns, or has a close relationship with, a working joinery factory and specialist team.
