About ArulaArula (formerly InRhythm) helps large, regulated enterprises become AI-native software organizations. We install AI-native delivery systems, ship fixed-outcome releases with teams trained on those systems, and run Learning Labs: cohort-based programs that make enterprise engineers genuinely productive with agentic development tools. We build on Claude and are part of the Anthropic partner ecosystem. Our clients are Fortune 100 financial services and consumer enterprises; our programs are taught by people who ship production software with these tools, not by content vendors.The roleYou will lead Learning Labs as a business: curriculum, delivery quality, commercial performance, and the team behind it. This is a builder's seat for someone who understands how Learning and Development business works and scales. Our programs run in production with Fortune 100 clients today; the programs that come next are yours to design personally, hands on the tools.What you will ownThe Learning Labs business end to end, with full P&L accountabilityWork with the team and finalize the GTM strategy.Own the business commercials from pricing to sales strategy to delivery and scaling.Commercial growth of the business, working with our client executives and partnersA delivery organization that already runs well (cohort operations, client success, and faculty management are led by a strong operator who stays)Faculty development: practitioner-instructors drawn from our own delivery teamsWhat we are looking forYou have owned a number: revenue, renewals, or an equivalent accountable metric, not only learning outcomesYou understand software engineeringYou treat content decay as a design constraint, not a complaint: AI curriculum is rebuilt quarterly and you find that energizingYou are credible in front of a CTO and in front of 40 skeptical senior engineers on day one of a cohortYou have done this before and ran a modern training businessWhat this is notNot an L&D administration role, not a content-licensing play, and not a role for someone who last wrote code a decade ago.
