Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition OverviewLead the company’s overall legal management across domestic and international operations, covering domestic investment and M&A transactions, commercial risk management, dispute resolution, overseas compliance, English-language contract management, and legal support for cross-border EPC projects. Responsible for building and enhancing the company’s legal and compliance framework, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring sustainable and compliant business growth in both domestic and overseas markets.Key Responsibilities1. Legal Team Leadership & ManagementBuild, lead, and develop the legal team, including daily management, work coordination, capability development, and performance evaluation.Establish and optimize legal processes, management systems, and compliance mechanisms to improve legal service efficiency and business support capabilities.2. Domestic Investment & Transactional Legal SupportProvide legal support for domestic investments, M&A transactions, and strategic business cooperation, including transaction structure design, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting/review.Lead legal due diligence for investment and financing activities, conduct risk assessments, optimize transaction structures, and manage legal risks arising from investments and business operations.3. Comprehensive Contract ManagementIndependently draft, review, and negotiate various domestic contracts, including investment, procurement, sales, technology development, engineering, and after-sales agreements.Handle English-language contracts and cross-border agreements, and continuously improve contract templates, standard clauses, and legal document systems.4. Overseas Compliance & Cross-Border Risk ManagementManage export trade compliance and legal risks associated with international business operations.Support overseas commercial negotiations and provide legal guidance for international trade, cross-border cooperation, and overseas EPC projects throughout their lifecycle.5. Dispute Resolution & Compliance ManagementOversee domestic and international litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters.Provide ongoing legal advisory services, organize compliance training, and implement preventive risk management measures.6. Strategic Legal ProjectsSupport corporate equity restructuring, asset restructuring, and the implementation of domestic and overseas engineering projects.Handle other legal matters and special projects assigned by management.Qualifications & RequirementsExtensive legal management experience within a large-scale corporate group or multinational company, with proven experience managing comprehensive domestic and international legal functions. Strong team leadership capabilities, a consistent career track record, and the ability to operate effectively in an executive-level role with frequent travel requirements.Minimum 5 years of legal and compliance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors. Experience in investment, M&A, transactional legal matters, renewable energy, or law firms is highly preferred.Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to independently handle English legal documents, contract negotiations, and cross-border legal matters. Familiarity with international trade compliance requirements and practices.Strong knowledge of commercial law, investment and financing regulations, and engineering/construction-related laws. Excellent capabilities in risk assessment, transaction structuring, business negotiation, and dispute resolution.Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related discipline. PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate required. A lawyer’s license and/or postgraduate degree is preferred.
