General Manager – Luxury FF&E & OS&E

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the operations, commercial performance, and strategic growth of a Dubai-based luxury FF&E/OS&E procurement and project delivery business serving prestigious residential and hospitality developments. The ideal candidate will have strong P&L management, business development, procurement, supply chain, and project delivery experience, alongside established international luxury brand and supplier relationships. Experience managing high-value projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving operational efficiency and profitability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assume full leadership and P&L responsibility for the business, driving operational performance, profitability and sustainable growth.Lead and develop an established team of approximately 50 employees across procurement, supply chain, technical operations, logistics, warehousing and installation.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of luxury FF&E and OS&E packages, from sourcing and procurement through to logistics, installation and final handover.Manage and strengthen relationships with prestigious international furniture manufacturers, luxury brands, suppliers and specialist partners.Ensure the successful execution of multiple high-value residential and hospitality projects, maintaining exceptional standards of quality, service and delivery.Drive operational efficiencies across supply chain management, inventory, warehousing, logistics and installation.Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy, expanding the company's external client base and securing new business opportunities.Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with luxury developers, hotel operators, interior designers, architects and other key industry stakeholders.Provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, commercial direction and performance management across all business functions.Candidates Requirements:Proven senior leadership experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Operations Director or equivalent within a specialist FF&E, OS&E, luxury furnishing or turnkey interiors business.Strong understanding of the international luxury furniture and hospitality supply market, including established relationships with leading European brands and manufacturers.Demonstrable experience managing complex supply chains, logistics, warehousing, technical installation and project delivery.Proven P&L ownership, financial management and commercial decision-making capabilities.Experience delivering high-end residential, luxury hospitality, branded residences or similarly prestigious projects.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.Experience working with European luxury furniture and interiors brands is highly desirable.Previous UAE or wider GCC experience would be advantageous.
