It is a Dutch Company, part of Ligabue Group, based in Rotterdam, specializing in the supply chain of products and equipment for the maritime sector, ship supply and provisioning, supply of technical equipment and onboard materials, international maritime logistics and procurement services for commercial vessels, offshore units and cargo ships.For our Hoogvliet site, we are recruiting:The role combines business growth leadership with strong logistics oversight to drive sustainable and profitable expansion by expanding the company's market presence in Rotterdam, strengthening relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring efficient and reliable logistics operations, delivering financial performance with full P&L accountability, and developing the local organization and leadership capabilities.For our Hoogvliet Office (Rotterdam), we are selecting:GENERAL MANAGERRole and Responsibilities:Drive commercial growth and expand market presence in Rotterdam.Strengthen relationships with key clients, port stakeholders and partners.Ensure efficient and reliable logistics operations aligned with commercial commitments.Deliver financial performance with full P&L accountability.Develop local organization and leadership capabilities.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Senior leader with 10+ years’ experience in logistics, port services or supply chain environments.Strong commercial mindset combined with operational/logistics expertise.Proven P&L management experience.Deep understanding of the Rotterdam market and stakeholder ecosystem.Fluent English mandatory, Dutch preferredEntrepreneurial, pragmatic and results-driven leadership styleWork Location: Hoogvliet (Rotterdam)What We Offer:Salary Range: 110.000 – 130.000 € + bonus
