Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily factory operations and overall manufacturing performance. Lead Production, Maintenance, QA, HR & Admin, and Warehouse functions. Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiency. Ensure smooth production flow and customer satisfaction. Lead management reviews and support new project feasibility studies. Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Provide strategic recommendations and operational reports to senior management. Lead and develop a large manufacturing workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or related fields. 7–10+ years of senior management experience in glove manufacturing or related industries such as plastic, chemical or vinyl manufacturing. Strong experience in plant operations, production and people management, ideally managing a large-scale workforce. Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
