Job Description – General Manager (Manufacturing)Location: Saudi ArabiaPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role requires a strategic leader who is equally comfortable managing day-to-day operations while developing long-term business initiatives.Key Responsibilities·       Develop and execute the company's strategic business and operational plans.·       Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and financial objectives.·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.·       Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial performance, and profitability.·       Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.·       Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health, safety, and environmental policies.·       Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.·       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.·       Lead business development initiatives to expand market share and identify new growth opportunities.·       Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and HR to achieve organizational objectives.·       Ensure effective inventory management, production planning, and supply chain optimization.·       Prepare regular operational and financial reports for executive management and shareholders.Qualifications·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Experience·       Minimum 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.·       Proven experience as a General Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Director, or Manufacturing Director.·       Multi-year experience in manufacturing or industrial operations management.·       Demonstrated success in cost optimization, operational excellence, and productivity improvement.·       Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) and delivering sustainable business growth.·       Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs is highly preferred.Required Competencies·       Strong strategic planning and business leadership skills.·       Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency.·       Ability to lead strategy while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day execution.·       Excellent financial and commercial acumen.·       Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.·       Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.·       Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and operational discipline.Key Success FactorsThe successful candidate will:·       Drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.·       Improve profitability through disciplined cost management and productivity enhancements.·       Lead a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.·                 Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution to achieve business objectives. Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs to 📧 CVs: mujahid.hrconsultant@gmail.comAlternatively, feel free to share this opportunity or refer qualified candidates from your network.
