You’llown regional delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction while driving alignmentacross design, production, and installation teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Operations Leads and Project Managers to deliver projects on timeand within quality standards.Own end-to-end customer experience post-booking, ensuring timely handovers andtop CSAT scores.Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving issues withincommitted timelines.Ensure adherence to Truww SOPs and process standards across teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Vendor, Category, Product, andFinance) for smooth execution.Drive operational metrics like Move-in adherence, CSAT, and Cost efficiency.Build and manage partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants toexpand reach.Requirements7–12 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Customer Delivery(preferably in interiors startup environments).Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills.Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach to solving on-ground challenges.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Why TruwwJoin a fast-growing, tech-driven interiors brand that values ownership, innovation, andcustomer obsession.
