General Manager – Operations | Real Estate Broking | Build From Scratch | DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAELevel: Senior Leadership | Full-TimeMiddleMan Dubai is looking for an experienced, execution-driven General Manager – Operations to build, launch and scale a Dubai real estate broking operation from the ground up.This is not a role to inherit and manage an established brokerage.The mandate is to build the business infrastructure from scratch—team, operating model, developer and owner relationships, property inventory, broker network, sales pipeline, systems and commercial execution.We are looking for a builder, operator and leader with deep Dubai real estate experience who can transform strategy into a scalable, revenue-generating business.Core MandateBuild the Operation: Establish the operating structure, processes, sales architecture, CRM, reporting and execution framework.Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard and lead Sales Managers, Brokers, Property Consultants and supporting resources.Develop Market Relationships: Build strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors and key industry stakeholders.Build the Broker Ecosystem: Develop and activate a scalable network of brokers, channel partners and referral relationships.Build Inventory & Pipeline: Create quality primary and secondary-market inventory, including exclusive and off-market opportunities where possible.Drive Revenue: Lead client acquisition, lead generation, transactions, conversion and sustainable revenue growth.Performance Management: Establish KPIs, sales targets, productivity benchmarks, commission structures and accountability.Governance: Maintain professional standards and alignment with applicable DLD, RERA and UAE regulatory requirements.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should bring:Strong Dubai real estate broking experienceProven operations, sales or brokerage leadershipDemonstrated ability to build and scale teamsStrong developer, broker, investor and property-owner relationshipsDeep understanding of primary and secondary marketsStrong commercial and revenue orientationRecruitment and people-leadership capabilityUnderstanding of RERA/DLD requirementsHigh ownership, adaptability and execution disciplineThe Leadership ExpectationWe are specifically looking for someone comfortable building before managing.There will not be a fully established team, mature operating structure or ready-made pipeline waiting for the successful candidate.The General Manager must be capable of creating them.Success will be measured by the ability to build a disciplined, scalable and revenue-generating real estate broking operation in Dubai.Build the structure.
