Synergi is currently supporting a mid-sized international pharmaceutical company as they establish and grow their presence across the Middle East.We are looking to speak with experienced General Managers / Country Managers with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and proven experience across the UAE and wider GCC.The successful individual will take responsibility for establishing and leading the regional business, including:• Commercial strategy and market entry• P&L and overall business performance• Building and developing the regional team• Distributor and strategic partner management• Regulatory and market access strategy• Relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across the regionWe are particularly interested in individuals who have previously launched, established or significantly grown a pharmaceutical business within the GCC.Location: Dubai, UAEFor a confidential discussion, please apply
