This is a top-tier expatriate leadership role reserved for a candidate with deep, internationally benchmarked denim quality expertise — someone who has personally led denim QA functions for major global brands, and who can bring world-class systems, standards, and discipline to our denim quality organization. The successful candidate will act as the final authority on denim quality across the group, mentoring and elevating local QA leadership while representing NDS9 at the highest level in front of buyers and auditors.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn group-wide strategic leadership of denim Quality Assurance, setting the vision, standards, and systems that govern denim quality across all affiliated factories.Establish and continuously upgrade a world-class denim QA framework — covering fabric and wash approval, inline, pre-final, and final inspection — benchmarked against best-in-class international practice.Serve as the final quality authority and technical escalation point for the most complex, high-risk, or high-value denim quality issues across the business.Build direct, senior-level relationships with buyer quality teams at Inditex, Walmart, New Yorker and other global accounts, representing NDS9 with authority and credibility at the executive level.Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered denim QA organization, including Senior QA Officers, GPQ Auditors, and factory-level quality teams across the group.Drive advanced denim wash and finishing quality standards (stone, enzyme, laser, PP spray, ozone, and other sustainable wash technologies), staying ahead of evolving buyer and industry requirements.Set group-wide KPIs for denim quality — DHU, AQL pass rates, CAPA closure, and defect reduction — and hold factory leadership accountable for performance against them.Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action at a strategic level for systemic or recurring denim quality issues across multiple factories.Oversee lab testing standards and third-party inspection partnerships, ensuring all denim testing protocols meet or exceed buyer and international compliance requirements.Partner with senior Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production leadership to align denim quality strategy with business growth and new buyer development.Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital quality-management adoption across the denim QA function.Ensure full, proactive compliance with all buyer codes of conduct and applicable international quality and safety standards across the denim category.Qualifications & RequirementsCandidate EligibilityThis position is open EXCLUSIVELY to expatriate candidates (foreign nationals).
