General Manager – Real EstateLocation: QatarReporting to: Director of Real Estate & Investments / Executive ManagementJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced General Manager – Real Estate to lead the overall business operations and drive growth, profitability, and service excellence. The role will oversee Sales & Leasing, Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, HR, Administration, and Business Development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual business strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.Lead and monitor Sales & Leasing, Property Management, and Facilities Management teams.Drive revenue growth, business development, client retention, and achievement of financial targets.Oversee property management operations, leasing activities, service delivery, contractors, and client relationships.Work with Finance and HR teams on budgets, financial reporting, manpower planning, policies, and performance management.Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, contracts, leases, insurance, and company policies.Identify new market opportunities and develop new revenue streams.Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and prepare management reports.Lead, motivate, and develop teams across the business.Requirements12+ years of experience in real estate, with strong exposure to Property Management, Sales & Leasing, and Facilities Management.Proven experience in senior management, business development, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/P&L management.Strong knowledge of real estate operations, property management, and commercial strategy.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Ability to understand lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualification preferred.
