General Manager Real Estate

We are looking for an accomplished General Manager Real Estate to lead and grow our real estate portfolio, with a mandate to establish a new brokerage unit and drive the division's expansion across the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end operations across leasing, sales, and asset/property management for the real estate portfolioSet up and scale a new in-house brokerage unit, including licensing, team build-out, and go-to-market strategyDrive leasing performance across malls (retail), residential, and office/commercial assets in DubaiOwn full P&L responsibility for the division — revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targetsDevelop and execute expansion plans, including new asset acquisition, market entry, and portfolio diversificationBuild strategic relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, brokers, and government/regulatory bodies (DLD, RERA)Lead, mentor, and scale the real estate team to support growth objectivesReport directly to Group leadership on performance, market positioning, and strategic initiativesRequirements12+ years of experience in real estate, with proven exposure to retail (mall), residential, and office leasing in DubaiDemonstrated experience setting up or running a brokerage operation, including RERA/DLD licensing familiarityStrong track record in P&L ownership and driving commercial performanceExperience leading expansion/growth strategies within a real estate portfolio or groupDeep understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and regulatory landscapeStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; RERA certification preferred
