The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the staffing industry, with proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, recruitment operations, team management, and revenue generation. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment clients and managing large-scale outsourcing projects.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in the Staffing, Recruitment, or Manpower Outsourcing Industry.Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients with both manpower requirements.Strong track record in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Growth.Experience in managing Recruitment Teams, Sales Teams, and Telesales Teams.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.Strong understanding of the UAE manpower market and outsourcing business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.Generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.Build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.Lead BDM and telesales teams to achieve business targets.Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value staffing contracts.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Understand workforce requirements and provide customized staffing solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment consultants, account managers, BDMs, and telesales executives.Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all teams.Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
