General Manager Saudi Arabia / Director VIP Sales

The OpportunityA European leader in VIP aviation is actively expanding its operations into the Middle East.With our Saudi entity currently in the establishment phase, we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial General Manager / Director of VIP Sales to lead our local launch and drive our commercial development.This is a hands-on role combining high-level business development, the management of a deliberately lean local entity, and the local supervision of VIP flight execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development: Build and execute the Saudi commercial strategy for our heavy VIP airliner operations. Identify and develop relationships with major Saudi corporations, family offices, UHNW clients, government organizations, and charter brokers.Entity Management: Act as our senior local representative. Ensure the smooth dayto-day administration of the Saudi company in its launch phase, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with local advisors and group headquarters.Flight Supervision: Supervise local execution and VIP service quality for flights operated to/from the Kingdom, ensuring ground handling, FBO, catering, and other services are delivered flawlessly.Candidate ProfileStrong international commercial background in business aviation, private aviation, VIP charter, or airlines.Proven network and strong market knowledge in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with existing relationships with family offices and VIP decision-makers.High degree of autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to manage a small local corporate structure with sound financial discipline.Fluent English is required; Arabic language capability is strongly preferred.Package & BenefitsCompetitive fixed salary (housing and personal transportation included) plus a highly attractive performance-based variable compensation structure, together with health insurance and professional benefits.Interested candidates are invited to apply directly via LinkedIn with a CV outlining relevant Saudi/GCC commercial aviation experience.
