facility in Carteret, New Jersey. What you will not inherit is a finished U.S. organization.Your mandate is to build it.Our core business today is concentrated around U.S. ocean imports, strategic BCO accounts, international forwarding, complex project cargo, inland transportation, and selected air and warehouse solutions. We need a leader who can operate freight personally, solve problems, manage customers, protect gross profit, build processes, develop people, and gradually build a high-performing U.S. team around what works. If your strength is managing already-established departments, this may not be the right role.If you are energized by building the department, fixing the process, working directly with customers and operators, and developing a team around a proven operating model, we should talk. You WillTake ownership of Beeontrade’s U.S. freight forwarding operation and help build the next version of the company alongside the Founder & CEO.Own service performance and operational execution, billing, and final job closeout.Monitor quoted gross profit versus actual gross profit and identify margin leakage before it becomes normalized.Review negative-margin jobs, unplanned finance and billing teams to ensure operational profit becomes invoiced and collected profit.Manage and develop Beeontrade’s existing operational support teams across the U.S., Turkey, and India.Evaluate the existing organization and determine what should remain offshore, move to the U.S., be automated, redesigned, or eliminated.Recruit and develop a small, high-output U.S. organization as business economics justify additional headcount.Build future capability across customer success, freight solutions, project operations, pricing, and operational coordination.Develop promising junior talent into future account, product, and operational leaders.Establish clear job descriptions, KPIs, scorecards, operating rhythms, and accountability across the organization.Take ownership of operational performance issues, including coaching, performance improvement, and difficult personnel decisions when necessary.Work directly with the CEO on complex project cargo, OOG, flat rack, open-top, RoRo, breakbulk, heavy haul, transload, warehouse, and multimodal opportunities.Help convert founder-led freight problem solving into repeatable Beeontrade products, processes, and commercial capabilities.Build and strengthen relationships with ocean carriers, airlines, truckers, terminals, warehouses, rigging providers, co-loaders, NVOCCs, and specialty logistics operating, customer, commercial, and profitability reviews.Build a reliable global support model between the U.S., Turkey, and India.Establish clear boundaries between U.S. ownership and offshore execution.Ensure global teams provide operating leverage without fragmenting customer accountability.Reduce founder dependency across routine operations, customer issues, and internal management.Help
