We're a chef-driven, health-forward fast casual concept built around made-to-order bowls, wraps, and grain plates, cooked exclusively in extra virgin olive oil and rooted in Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin influences.This is a high-impact leadership role for an operator who wants to run a real business — not just manage shifts.
