The technician will perform plumbing and HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings, including fixing leaks, replacing pipes and fittings, servicing AC units, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing issues, carrying out corrective actions, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting completed work, coordinating with supervisors and team members, and interacting with clients to explain issues, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and related systems.Proficiency in pipe fitting and associated tools, materials, and safety practices.Experience in general maintenance and repair, with the ability to perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks.Ability to deliver reliable maintenance services, including routine inspections and efficient problem resolution.Solid customer service skills, with the capacity to communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site.Hands-on HVAC experience (AC servicing, ductwork checks, minor electrical diagnostics) is highly beneficial.Knowledge of local safety regulations and best practices for working in residential and commercial environments.Relevant technical certification or vocational training in MEP, plumbing, or HVAC; previous experience in a similar role in Dubai or the GCC region is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage
