You'll help drive process improvements, coordinate logistics, support inventory management, provide light accounting support, and assist with HR-related work, in addition to keeping office operations and team culture running smoothly. This role blends strategic project work with day-to-day execution: you'll pick up initiatives across departments and step in wherever something needs doing.You're someone who can move fluidly between strategic support (helping think through a process, a vendor negotiation, or an HR task) and the practical execution that keeps the company running day to day. This is a great fit for someone with 2-3 years of experience who wants broad cross-functional exposure and room to grow into more ownership.What You'll DoInventory SupportWork alongside the Sales Operations Associate on inventory management: tracking stock levels, monitoring reorder points, and reconciling countsHelp maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and tracking spreadsheetsAssist with receiving, logging, and organizing incoming inventory shipmentsFlag low-stock levels or count discrepancies before they become a problemHelp coordinate replenishment timing with vendors and internal teamsStrategic & Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate logistics, including trade show planning, shipping, and vendor deadlinesProvide light accounting support: expense tracking, invoice coordination, and vendor payment follow-upAssist with HR support: onboarding logistics, benefits administration support, and policy/procedure documentationHelp research, evaluate, and roll out new tools and processes to improve team efficiencyTake ownership of tasks and small projects that fall between departments or don't have a clear owner: flag or handle themFlag process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvementsDay-to-Day OperationsServe as the point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and incoming calls, keeping the front office running professionallyManage office facility needs: supplies, cleanliness, vendor coordination, and basic troubleshootingGet quotes and coordinate with contractors or building management for office repairs and maintenanceSupport team activities and culture initiatives, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and team eventsHandle mail and shipping: sorting incoming mail, prepping outbound packages, and tracking deliveriesSet up and break down conference rooms, all-hands meetings, and client visitsKeep kitchen and common areas stocked and tidyCoordinate equipment and workspace setup for new hiresManage badge, key, or building access needs for the officeSupport light travel coordination (booking and expense receipt collection) as neededPick up and drop off supplies, materials, or deliveries as neededHandle general administrative tasks: mail, scheduling, filing, ordering suppliesQualifications2-3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, HR, inventory/supply chain, or accounting support role requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree a plusProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Clear, professional communicator, written and verbalComfortable owning a varied set of responsibilities that span both strategic projects and daily executionStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughValid driver's license (for occasional local supply runs and pickups)Nice to HaveDirect experience with inventory tracking, stockroom management, or basic supply chain processesExperience supporting HR functions (onboarding, benefits, policy documentation) or basic bookkeeping/accountingExperience with vendor management or negotiationExposure to industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environmentsInterest in event planning, trade show logistics, or culture-buildingWhat We're Looking ForAble to operate at two altitudes: comfortable with strategic, ambiguous projects as well as hands-on daily tasksProactive: you notice what needs doing and do it before being askedOrganized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing several workstreams at onceComfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for a task to be assigned before picking it upTeam-first attitude with genuine follow-throughEager to grow within a fast-paced, cross-functional organizationWhat We OfferHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPTO and paid holidaysDirect exposure to company leadership in a lean, high-growth environmentClear path to grow within operations
