General Practitioner aesthetic

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner aesthetic role based in the United Arab Emirates. The General Practitioner will provide aesthetic consultations, perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient medical histories, explaining procedures and expected outcomes, monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring strict adherence to clinical protocols and infection control guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with support staff to optimize patient experience, and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid license/registration to practice as a General Practitioner in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain it.Demonstrated experience or formal training in aesthetic medicine, including common non-surgical procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation).Strong patient consultation and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, risks, and aftercare clearly and empathetically.Solid understanding of clinical safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice in outpatient and aesthetic settings.Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.Commitment to ongoing professional development, learning new techniques, and keeping up with industry trends and best practices.Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.Previous experience in customer-focused environments or with call center–supported clinical services is an asset.
