This is a unique opportunity to become part of an ambitious growth journey, supporting the launch of new clinics while building your career within a premium and patient-focused environment.The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven aesthetic physician with a strong reputation in the UAE market, a loyal patient base, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional aesthetic outcomes while contributing to business growth.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans.Perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures in line with clinical best practices and patient expectations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Drive clinic growth through excellent patient care, treatment outcomes, and professional recommendations.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical standards.Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and trends within aesthetic medicine.Collaborate with clinic management and support teams to enhance patient experience and operational excellence.Contribute to the growth of the clinic's reputation through professional networking, patient referrals, and brand-building initiatives.Key Requirements:DHA License as a General Practitioner – mandatory.Minimum 7 years of experience practicing aesthetic medicine within the UAE.Currently based in Dubai and available for face-to-face interviews.Proven expertise in aesthetic consultations and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.Demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow a loyal patient base.Strong commercial awareness with a successful track record of contributing to clinic revenue and business growth.Experience working with reputable and established aesthetic clinics within Dubai.Stable employment history, ideally with a minimum of 1–2 years in recent positions.Excellent communication, patient engagement, and relationship-building skills.Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.Professional social media presence, personal branding experience, and a portfolio of treatment outcomes are considered strong advantages.
