The clinic offers a collaborative setting for healthcare practitioners who value excellence in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The General Practitioner will provide primary medical care to patients, including comprehensive consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up for general health concerns and skin-related conditions. Responsibilities include taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and nursing staff. The role involves educating patients on preventive care, skincare routines, and treatment options, while ensuring all clinical activities comply with local healthcare regulations and clinic protocols. The General Practitioner will also participate in continuous professional development, contribute to internal training sessions, and support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.Qualifications Solid foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with demonstrated experience in general practice in outpatient or clinic settings.Background in Family Medicine and ability to manage a wide range of age groups and general health conditions, including basic dermatology-related issues.Collaborative approach to Nursing and multidisciplinary teamwork, ensuring safe patient care and clear clinical communication.Experience in Training, mentoring, or supporting junior medical staff and participation in continuous medical education activities.Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license or eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and evidence-based practice.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered, gender-neutral, and culturally sensitive approach to care.Previous experience or interest in dermatology or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
