Guided by core values such as integrity, compassion, teamwork, safety, and excellence, the centre is committed to helping patients “Live Healthy, Heal Naturally.”Role Description The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions in alignment with holistic and conventional medical practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and coordinating with specialists and complementary therapy practitioners to deliver integrated care plans. The role involves educating patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and wellness programs, as well as maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with DOH and ADHICS standards. The General Practitioner will participate in clinical meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support the training and development of clinical staff. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with core duties performed on-site and some administrative or follow-up work conducted from home as appropriate.QualificationsMBBS Degree or equivalent strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with demonstrated experience in family-oriented clinical practice.Background or exposure in Family Medicine, with skills in managing a wide range of age groups and conditions.Understanding of Nursing and multidisciplinary clinical collaboration to support holistic patient care.Ability to provide Training and mentorship to clinical staff and contribute to continuous professional development.DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility to obtain one as a General Practitioner.Experience or interest in holistic and complementary therapies (e.g., Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Chiropractic, Integrative Medicine) is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records and adherence to health information and cybersecurity standards.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
