We’re Hiring | General Practitioner (GP) – iDoc HealthCompany DescriptioniDoc Health is an AI-powered healthcare and wellness ecosystem connecting patients, their health data, and healthcare providers through an integrated digital healthcare experience.Our ecosystem combines virtual care, an integrated Super App, AI-assisted clinical tools, smart health kiosks, and connected healthcare services across laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.We are expanding our clinical team in Riyadh and are looking for qualified General Practitioners to join iDoc.Role DescriptionAs a General Practitioner at iDoc, you will provide safe, high-quality medical care through iDoc’s digital healthcare services and clinical workflows.You will assess and manage patients, review investigations and laboratory results, prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate, identify red flags, arrange referrals or escalation when required, and provide appropriate follow-up and patient education.The role involves working with iDoc’s EMR and AI-assisted clinical tools. These technologies support the clinical workflow, while the physician maintains independent clinical judgment and responsibility for patient-care decisions.Key Responsibilities* Provide virtual medical consultations and manage common acute and chronic conditions within the GP scope of practice.* Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, and patient education.* Identify red flags and determine when patients require urgent care, emergency escalation, specialist referral, or in-person assessment.* Review laboratory results and other available investigations and communicate clinically appropriate findings and recommendations to patients.* Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations, clinical guidelines, and iDoc policies.* Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation using iDoc’s EMR.* Use digital and AI-assisted clinical tools while maintaining independent professional judgment and responsibility for clinical decisions.* Participate in clinical quality, patient-safety, and continuous-improvement activities.* Collaborate with iDoc’s medical, operations, product, and technology teams to continuously improve the digital patient journey.Requirements* MBBS or equivalent recognized medical degree.* Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification as a General Practitioner.* Valid SCFHS Professional Registration.* Preferably 5+ years of clinical experience after internship in General Practice, Primary Care, or Family Medicine.* Strong ability to independently assess and manage common acute and chronic conditions.* Strong understanding of red flags, patient safety, referral criteria, and emergency escalation.* Excellent Arabic communication skills and good English communication skills.* Comfortable using EMR systems and digital healthcare technologies.* Full-time availability in Riyadh.Preferred Qualifications* Previous clinical experience in Saudi Arabia.* Experience in chronic disease management.* Experience with telemedicine or virtual care.* Experience with e-prescribing, laboratory ordering, and laboratory-result review.* Strong interest in digital healthcare and AI-supported clinical workflows.Work Details* Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.* Position: Full-Time.* Work Setting: On-Site.How to ApplyInterested physicians can apply directly through LinkedIn with an updated CV.Please ensure your application includes your current city, SCFHS status, years of clinical experience after internship, notice period, and earliest availability to join.
