The clinic is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based treatments and a positive patient experience in a modern, welcoming environment.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Practitioner based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The General Practitioner will provide primary medical care to patients, including conducting consultations, taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and diagnosing common health conditions. Responsibilities include prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves providing preventive care, patient education on general health and skincare, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The General Practitioner will participate in clinical meetings, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support training activities within the clinic.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of general health concerns.Experience or training in Family Medicine, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care across different age groups.Understanding of Nursing and multidisciplinary care principles to collaborate effectively with clinical staff.Ability to provide and participate in Training, mentoring junior staff, and supporting continuous professional development.Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or eligibility to obtain it.Previous experience in outpatient or clinic settings; exposure to dermatology or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines and local healthcare regulations.
