This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-demand environments, capable of handling emergency cases, and delivering high-standard medical care in a remote industrial setting. This is not a routine clinical role — you will be operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact workforce health, safety, and operational continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive medical services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditionsHandle emergency and critical cases within an industrial workplace settingConduct medical check-ups, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessmentsSupport and execute occupational health programs aligned with company standardsCollaborate with internal and external medical teams, including referrals when necessaryDrive health promotion, disease prevention, and safety awareness across the workforceEnsure full compliance with health regulations and company safety protocolsQualificationsMedical Doctor (MD) degree from a reputable universityMinimum 5 years of proven experience as a General PractitionerActive STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)Mandatory certifications: ATLS, ACLS, and HiperkesStrong capability in handling emergency and high-pressure situationsPrior experience in mining, industrial, or remote site medical services is highly preferredExcellent clinical judgment, discipline, and decision-making abilityStrong communication and teamwork skillsWilling to work in a remote site with roster systemFacilities & BenefitsFly-in Fly-out (FIFO) flight ticketsComfortable accommodation (Mess)Meals 3 times per dayExclusive VIP Canteen with premium meals & dining environmentSports and fitness facilitiesLaundry facilitiesComprehensive medical and health supportRoster system: 2 months onsite – 14 days leaveOpportunity to work in one of Indonesia’s largest and most strategic industrial environments
