Working Hours & ArrangementMonday to Friday: Regular clinic hoursSaturday: Half-dayJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Doctor to join our Health Screening Centre. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive health screening services, preventive healthcare consultations, and medical assessments. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care, health promotion, and clinical excellence.As part of the role, the doctor will perform female health assessments, including breast examinations and Pap smears.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth Screening & Clinical ServicesConduct health screening consultations and medical assessments.Perform breast examinations and Pap smears.Review laboratory and diagnostic test results.Provide medical opinions, health advice, and follow-up recommendations.Prepare and review health screening reports.Patient CareAssess patients' medical conditions, symptoms, and concerns.Perform physical examinations and order relevant investigations.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate.Provide preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counselling.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans where necessary.Health Promotion & EducationEducate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and self-care.Promote healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.Support preventive health initiatives and screening programmes.Collaboration & ReferralCoordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.Refer patients for specialist consultation and further management when required.Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate and timely medical records.Document consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up actions.Adhere to clinical governance, medical confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.Professional DevelopmentKeep abreast of developments in medical knowledge and clinical practice.Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).Fully registered with SMC and holds a valid Practising Certificate.Possess Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or be a Registered Family Physician.Experience in Family Medicine, General Practice, Primary Care, or Health Screening is preferred.Female doctor preferred due to the clinical requirement to perform breast examinations and Pap smears.Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.Able to work a full-time schedule, including Saturdays (half-day).Candidates available to commence from Q1 2027 will be highly regarded.Data Privacy StatementBy submitting your application, you consent to Fullerton Health and its affiliated entities collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for recruitment and employment-related purposes, including consideration for other suitable opportunities within the Group.
