General Practitioner (Orthopedics)

About the OpportunityA leading Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused General Practitioner – Orthopedics to join its multidisciplinary medical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality orthopedic care, supporting consultants, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.Provide initial evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for orthopedic patients.Support orthopedic consultants in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and procedural services.Interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory and imaging results.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, rehabilitation, and preventive care.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities.Qualifications & RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by relevant authorities.Valid DOH License/Eligibility as a General Practitioner.Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably within Orthopedics or Musculoskeletal Medicine.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and patient-centered work environment.Opportunity to work with experienced specialists and advanced healthcare technologies.
